Forty years of late nights

George Doulas opened Bubba's in 1982, and the family has run it ever since — more than forty years in the heart of downtown Kingston. For generations of Kingstonians this is where a late night lands: poutine in a checkered basket, another signature carved into the wall, and the walk home up King Street.
